All the employees at this location were helpful, sufficient and patient with all my questions and needs - even when I changed my mind an hour later. Facility was clean and well lit to my experience visiting during the day and night.
Based on my other experiences with storage, I was very surprised. The staff seemed to be willing to do anything to help me out. The facility was clean and well maintained. And, I got a great deal on my first month just by asking. Next time I need storage, I won't bother with any others
Saturday was the first time in years that I have had a need to rent a storage unit. Shane at the North Brunswick location was so very helpful and made a potentially confusing process so much easier. Took the time to understand my circumstances and what exactly was going to be stored in the unit. He made sure that the size I selected was appropriate for our items and gave me some helpful tips as well. I am grateful for not being rushed and that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Great customer service from Shane, he is definitely a very knowledgeable person, was glad to have spoken with him during this process
